Samsung may postpone the One UI 7 Beta Program’s release in favor of Android 15. Rumor had it that the US and Korean releases would occur on July 29. Recent events suggest the business is having trouble launching the Galaxy S24 series beta.
A senior authority is putting pressure on the One UI 7. This information was disclosed by X tipster kro_roe. Although there is no indication of a delay, the rumor suggests that the program is now plagued with issues and that users would not be happy if it were released in beta.
IceUniverse, a tipster, recently claimed that the One UI 7 Beta is riddled with errors. The tipster even advised users not to install the test firmware on their primary device. It appears that a few significant issues are impeding the launching of the beta update.
The Chief of the Mobile Division, TM Roh, may be the aforementioned high-ranking figure. Samsung never compromises on customer trust and satisfaction. Therefore, a hastily issued beta firmware could spark a heated debate and receive harsh criticism. One UI 6.1.1 might possibly be the cause of the One UI 7 Beta’s delay. On July 10, the business unveiled the new software.
Over the course of the next few weeks, many older Galaxy tablets and foldables should receive the Android 14 operating system. Tablets and foldable smartphones will start to receive the updated software. Regular phones would receive a few new features and functional improvements without a version bump. The One UI 6.1.1 features would be released before the Beta Program launched.
Samsung begins testing the One UI in seven nations. The Beta will be available in Germany, India, Poland, the UK, and the US, first in the US and South Korea. Only the newest flagship gadgets are eligible for this promotion.
