Yesterday, Samsung launched the Galaxy Watch 7 series and Galaxy Watch Ultra with Wear OS 5-based One UI 6 Watch. Samsung has recently released the One UI 6 Watch Beta 3 update for the Galaxy Watch 6 series. The build fixes some of the issues that users have reported with the previous versions.
Users of Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic can identify the latest update via the firmware ending with ZXG3. It is currently available in Korea and the US for Galaxy Watch 6 series and the company will expand this update to the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 series in the coming days or months.
As per the changelog, the update brings some bug fixes and stability improvements to the software. Just like the Beats 2, this update focuses on improving battery efficiency to extend device usage between charges.
In addition, it also improves app execution performance for faster and more responsive app launches. It fixes network issues to improve connectivity reliability.
