A community moderator has brought up the fact that RegiStar is compatible with Galaxy smartphones running One UI 5.0 or higher in response to a community member’s worries regarding the RegiStar app’s absence from the Good Lock feed. Just now, the community moderator remembered the RegiStar app’s compatibility.
Additionally, as the app doesn’t support Android 12 or later, owners of compatible Galaxy smartphones are encouraged to update to the most recent software version.
Samsung included RegiStar in their Good Lock customization package for One UI 5.0 devices back in November 2022. With this software, users can access experimental features like the back tap and modify the interface for particular system settings. You can download it from the Galaxy Store.
Through updates, Samsung has continuously enhanced the app since its release. According to some sources, Samsung intends to release the Galaxy Fold 6 and Flip 6 with the feature “Check time with Back-Tap.” With the release of One UI 7.0, the business also hopes to bring this RegiStar capability to further Samsung smartphones.
Installing the RegiStar app on a Galaxy device running One UI 5.0 or higher and qualifying for the Good Lock app will allow you to enjoy it.
The RegiStar app can be downloaded by users directly from Good Lock or the Galaxy Store. Keep an eye out for upcoming updates that aim to improve the user experience even more by adding new features.
