Samsung has been busy launching the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 devices for the last few weeks. Due to the launch, the latest security patch for the devices was yet to arrive, but with its rapid rollout, the company brought the update for the Galaxy device on the ideal track. Now, with the latest update, the company has started rolling out the July 2024 security patch for the fourth generation of the foldable device, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 are getting a new update on the USCellular network in the US with the firmware version numbers F936U1UES6FXG2 and F721USQS6FXG2, respectively. Meanwhile, Canadian units of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 have the firmware version numbers F721WVLS6FXG2 and F936WVLS6FXG2, respectively.
For your information, let us tell you that the July 2024 security patch brings some new changes under the system software, where it has received more than 58 fixes. Google has introduced 25 patches to enhance the overall performance of the device, while Samsung has also added 33 fixes that will improve the functionality of the Galaxy device.
Moreover, the latest update for the Galaxy fourth-generation foldable might also bring some new features that might enhance the overall performance and stability of the device. So if you are facing any issues while using the device related to One UI, the update might help you get rid of the issues.
