After rolling out the One UI 6.1 update for the Galaxy S, Galaxy Z, and Galaxy A series devices, Samsung has turned its attention to the Galaxy M and Galaxy F series phones. The Galaxy M35 has become the first Galaxy M series device to be updated to the latest version of One UI, the One UI 6.1.
Samsung has released the One UI 6.1 update for the Galaxy M34 in Latin America, with more updates expected to be released in the coming days. One UI 6.1 comes with version M536BXXU5EXD3 and its download size is around 2.2GB, so we recommend downloading it over a Wi-Fi network. This update also brings an April 2024 security patch rather than May 2024 for better privacy and security.
What’s new with the One UI 6.1 update for Galaxy M53?
Based on Android 14, the One UI 6.1 update has more powerful features for creating, editing, and viewing pictures and videos. Galaxy M series users can easily enhance their photos with AI recommendations, copy and paste from one photo to another, and much more. To make it easier to find the right image, this update has improved the gallery search.
Additionally, the update brings improvements to the Samsung Calendar, Widgets, Lock Screen, Security, Clock, and more apps to deliver a better experience. Still, it doesn’t include the Galaxy AI feature. Moreover, it installs many stock apps in the latest available version.
