This feature converts things from Motion Photos into GIFs and will be released to older compatible Galaxy phones and tablets in the next few weeks.
What is Motion Clipper feature in One UI 6.1.1?
One UI 6.1.1 brings the Motion Clipper feature, which helps you clip objects from motion photos and turn them into motion stickers. When you open any motion photo in the Gallery app on a device running One UI 6.1.1 and then long-press on any desired object or person, the handset will clip it and give you the option to save it as a GIF.
Galaxy users can use stickers in any messaging app that supports Samsung’s Sticker Center system. Created stickers can also be added to photos or videos in the stock photo editor or Samsung Studio. Users can also save the clipped object or person as a motion sticker.
