The Galaxy Z Flip 6 has been launching advancements in terms of performance and thermal management. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 is the first smartphone with a vapor chamber cooling system in the Galaxy Z Flip lineup.

In terms of performance, a vapor chamber cooling system will ensure smooth operation and minimize slowdowns while performing multiple tasks. The improved thermal management helps in regulating the battery temperatures and prolongs overall battery life.
In the latest vapor chamber cooling system feature, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset is paired with 12GB of RAM to upgrade processing power. This feature is useful for maintaining optimal temperatures during times of heavy usage.
Samsung claims that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 has a 150% larger vapor chamber cooling system than the one found in the Galaxy S23 Ultra. This makes it even larger than the vapor chamber in the S24 Ultra and is twice the size of the S23 Ultra’s vapor chamber.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 has enhanced the CPU and GPU performance. However, it generates overheating heat forcing the chip to slow down the processing during high-intensity workloads.
This is one of the primary reasons why Samsung upgraded the vapor chamber cooling technique in the Galaxy S24 series compared to the Galaxy S23 series and implemented the same in the Galaxy Z Flip 6.
