There are a ton of eye-catching new features and UI improvements in Samsung One UI 7. Insiders released what appears to be a One UI 7 changelog, which included new feature additions, animation improvements, and other things, while the firm was delaying the beta release.

On Weibo, IceUniverse seems to have uploaded a changelog for One UI 7. The source spilled a lot of juicy details on Samsung’s upcoming major One UI update.

The tipster mentioned that the most recent firmware has new animations, a new camera app user interface, new system app icons, and a new battery icon and charging animation. Additionally, users will be able to customize the Quick Settings and Notification panel to their favorite layout.

Right now, a single swipe opens notifications and quick setting toggles. The fast settings window expands with another swipe, displaying a number of useful buttons. The notification panel style and quick settings will be divided in the upcoming version. Large folders are already common among Chinese merchants; they are no longer a standout feature.

According to reports, Samsung’s One UI 7 supports huge folders, enabling Galaxy users to arrange enormous app directories on the home screen. One UI 7 also offers a customizable layout. Apps and widgets on the home screen will allow you to delete their labels. All of these adjustments—aside from the lock screen—are taken from Apple’s iOS.

More widgets will be supported by the lock screen, according to the leak. The lock screen will have a control center at the bottom. The user has the option to modify the swipe shortcuts for left and right at their leisure.

Users of the Galaxy S24 are excitedly awaiting the start of the One UI Beta. On the other hand, we advise being patient with the Beta Program. Avoid installing Beta on your primary device since it may cause bugs and issues that may negatively impact your experience.
