Samsung Galaxy S24 having trouble saving edits made to images transferred via Smart Switch
How do you feel when your edits do not seem to look good after a lot of effort, users facing these problems get relief, because Samsung is going to fix the issue in with the Galaxy S24 series upcoming software update.
The issue discussed messes up with the photo editor built into the Gallery app which led to failure in saving the images when they were transferred to their phones via Smart Switch which is the official Samsung app for backing and transferring files, media, and setting devices.
Well, this is a specific issue as it only occurs during image and photo transfer although some did not face any issue on their device it is good to know that the company has acknowledged the problem of its users and has resolved this issue in the new series lineup.

According to a moderator on Samsung’s Korean community forum, Samsung will include the Gallery app fix in the Galaxy S24 software update. Although the moderator does not specify the time of release, so if an assumption is to be made, it will be fixed with the July 2024 update.
On the flip side, Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra. Galaxy S24 may also bring the One UI 6.1.1 update in August 2024. This major update has been in development for a month. As per the facts, since this year’s One UI updates involve some new AI features, it may take longer than usual for the updates to arrive on existing devices.
